We at Prosocial Science take the protection of your information and SCIT responses very seriously. You will note that we do not require your name, street address, or any financial information at any time. Should you elect to join our discussion forum, we will require your email address in order to enable services related to the forum (should you wish to add such services). We protect any of the information you provide against loss and theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification using security safeguards, including physical and organizational measures.
We will not sell or share your information with any other person or business entity.
Except as otherwise expressly described in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of the information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are in our discussion area (including links to third party sites) or on other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. You may post content in the discussion forum, including your comments and information regarding helpful non-commercial sites related to health and well being. Messages containing links to other sites may be deleted without notice, as unethical sites often abuse services such as our Forum. We cannot prevent the content you post or share in our discussion area or Services from being used by other entities in a manner that may violate your personal privacy, or from being shared or disclosed by other users. Do not use your real name. Comments that include links to sites that we deem to be ineligible or inappropriate may be deleted without warning.
When YOU Share Your SCIT Results
You may choose to share any of the site’s content with your partner, a prospective partner, your friends, your doctor, therapist or consultant. If you do so, you recognize that Prosocial Science has no responsibility for how that information is used. We have worked hard to ensure that the content of this site is of tremendous benefit to you and you are free to share this information with anyone you wish. Again, Prosocial Science is not liable for any improper use of information you provide to a third party, or for any information is subsequently used.
Disclosure
Certain advertisements from third party businesses may appear in some areas of the site. Prosocial Science may receive a commission for any sales made by the user when using those links. Of course, we encourage you to visit any of those sites that you find interesting, and would appreciate the opportunity to earn a commission. Any information you provide to these third parties are subject to their privacy policies, and by using this site you acknowledge that Prosocial Science cannot control their use of the information.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is current as of December 12, 2025. If we intend to change any part of this policy, all users of the discussion forum will be notified 30 days in advance (we have no contact information for other users). Such a change will not alter any facet of the policies agreed to prior to the notification date.
